All services rendered are considered non-refundable once they have been fully executed or delivered unless otherwise specified in individual agreements.
- Digital Products: Digital products (e.g., downloadable materials, software licenses, e-books) are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased and delivered, except in cases of technical issues or delivery failure that are beyond our control.
- Physical Products: For physical products, such as printed materials or products from our affiliated brands, returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Conditions for Returns/Refunds

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Non-Refundable Services
- Custom Services: Services that are tailored or custom-made specifically for your business (e.g., custom marketing strategies, personalized business consulting) are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Subscription Fees: Subscriptions or recurring billing for access to our platforms (e.g., Project Management tools) are non-refundable once billed, unless the service is not available or does not function as agreed upon in the subscription terms.
4. Cancellations
- Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a service or project before it has started, you must provide written notice to support@askige.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. In such cases, any prepaid fees will be refunded, minus any applicable setup or administrative fees.
- Product Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order for a physical product, you must contact us within 24 hours of the order placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return following our policy for eligible products.
5. Exceptions
- Defective Products: If the product is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement or refund based on the nature of the defect.
- Incorrect Deliveries: If the wrong product or service was delivered to you, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
