We’re building a powerful, high-energy call center team—and we need a Sales Recruiter and Trainer to lead the charge. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on results and knows how to build and motivate teams from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train a dynamic sales team (2 shifts: 10 AM–2 PM & 3 PM–7 PM).
- Create sales scripts, training modules, and onboarding systems.
- Motivate the team to exceed targets and performance metrics.
- Oversee performance tracking and implement improvement plans.
